We know choosing the right support matters. Here are answers to the most common questions about our tutoring programs, scheduling, and how we match students with the right tutor.
What subjects do you tutor?
We offer support in Math, Science, Social, English and French Immersion courses for Grades 1–12.
How do I know which option is best for my student?
We recommend starting with our Tutor Match Form, and we’ll suggest whether Weekly Membership, Flex Pass, or One-Time Sessions are the best fit.
Do you offer online and in-person tutoring?
Yes. Weekly Membership can be in-person or online. Flex Pass sessions are online. One-time sessions may be online or in-person depending on availability.
What is Weekly Membership?
Weekly Membership is consistent tutoring at the same time each week with the same tutor throughout the semester.
What happens if we miss a session?
Each membership includes one complimentary reschedule per month (with 24+ hours notice). Additional late cancellations can be rescheduled for a $25 fee.
Can we pause or cancel Membership?
Membership is designed for semester-based consistency. If your schedule changes, we can review options depending on timing and usage.
Can we add extra sessions?
Yes, additional sessions can often be added depending on tutor availability.
What is a Flex Pass?
A Flex Pass allows you to purchase a bundle of sessions (4 or 10) to use throughout the semester with flexible scheduling.
Do Flex Pass sessions expire?
Sessions are valid for the semester and must be used within the booking window.
How far in advance can I book?

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

If student is sick and notice is given, we will try to offer an online session or reschedule depending on availability.
Is tutoring worth it if my child is already doing okay?

Yes, many families use tutoring to maintain strong grades, build confidence, and prepare for higher-level coursework before gaps appear.
